Apple TV+ has announced the addition of eight new actors to the cast of the third season of Foundation, including a Game of Thrones star.
According to Deadline, Apple TV+ has made it official that eight new series regulars have joined the cast of the third season of Foundation, including Game of Thrones veteran Pilou Asbæk.
Also joining the next episode of the hit sci-fi drama are Cherry Jones as Ambassador of the Quent Foundation, Cody Fern as Toran Mallow, Synnøve Karlsen as Bayta Mallow, Brandon P. Bell as Han Pritcher, Tómas Lemarquis as Magnificent Giganticus, Yootha Wong-Loi-Sing as Song and Leo Bill as Mayor Indbur. Asbæk was chosen to play the character of Warlord.

What is Foundation about?
“The series tells the stories of four pivotal individuals who transcend space and time, as they overcome deadly crises, shifting loyalties, and complicated relationships that will ultimately determine the fate of humanity“, we read in the plot.
Founding Apple TV+ was created by creator and executive producer David S. Goyer, who also serves as showrunner. The series stars Jared Harris, Lee Pace, Lou Llobell, Leah Harvey, Laura Birn, Terrence Mann, Cassian Bilton and Alfred Enoch. The second season starred Holt McCallany, Ben Daniels, Rachel House, Isabella Laughland, Mikael Persbrandt, Kulvinder Ghir, Sandra Yi Sencindiver, Ella-Rae Smith, Dimitri Leonidas and Nimrat Kaur. In the third season, One Piece director Tim Southam will replace David Goyer as director.
The show is executive produced by Robyn Asimov, Josh Friedman, Cameron Welsh, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Bill Bost.
