Actor Peter Mullan has revealed why he agreed to star in the Harry Potter saga even though he wasn't interested in the saga.
Peter Mullan spoke very candidly about his experience on the set of the film saga of Harry Potteradmitting that he didn't care nothing about the films based on JK Rowling's novels.
The actor's statements
During a masterclass that took place at the event Series Mania in France these days, Peter Mullan talked about when he got the part of Corban Yaxley in the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows films.
The actor explained why he agreed to star in the saga: “I did it so my kids could be on set. I didn't give a shit about Harry Potter“.
Mullan also said he had some trouble performing his scenes: “They just give you the wand. This piece of me–da. I was holding it like I was in a gang and I was holding a knife“.

Who played Peter Mullan
Mullan played Corban Yaxley, a Death Eater who fought during the First and Second Wizarding Wars. The wizard also had the role of Lord Voldemort's infiltrator in the Ministry of Magic.
Yaxley then broke into Hogwarts Castle to help Draco Malfoy assassinate Albus Dumbledore.
