CSB and Paramount have revealed the release window for the final episodes of Yellowstone season five.
The second half of the fifth chapter was supposed to be released in November 2023before the Hollywood strikes, but above all before the problems created by the farewell of Kevin Costner. The same Californian actor could appear at the end of the new season, but the news has not been confirmed and the information is unclear and conflicting.
In the meantime the production has announced a further expansion of the narrative universe with two new spin-offs, 1944 e 2024. The first will be set during the final years of the Second World War, while the second will take place in modern times – and could be the spin-off with Matthew McConaugheyin negotiations to play the protagonist.

On the heels of the success of 1883 and 1923, our new planned spin-offs will take audiences on an exciting, new and unexpected journey with the complex and compelling narrative that has become a hallmark of the franchise and helped transform it into a worldwide cultural phenomenon, thanks to the creative mind of Sheridan”.
Yellowstone is co-created by the Oscar-nominated screenwriter Taylor Sheridan (Sicario) e John Linson. Executive producers include Costner, Linson e Sheridan.
The final series of Yellowstone will air on Paramount+ a November 2024. The first 8 episodes aired between November 2022 and January 2023.
