The comparison made by the actor
Sean Penn said: “So you want my scans, voice data and everything else. Ok, here’s what I think is right: I want your daughter’s because I want to create a virtual replica of her and invite my friends to do whatever we want in a virtual party. Could you look in the room and tell me is it okay?“.
The star added that taking someone’s appearance to use without their knowledge or consent is “a lack of morals” similar to his provocation.
According to an American judge, a work generated by Artificial Intelligence cannot be covered by copyright
Penn added: “This isn’t business, it’s an indecent proposal. That they can do this without being reprimanded is offensive. This really has to do with morality, a lack of morality“.
