Suits is undoubtedly achieving great success among the audience of the Netflix streaming platform, and not only. Recently, during an interview with TVLine regarding the recent success of the series after its arrival on Netflix, the executive producer Gene Klein he said that he and the creatore e showrunner Aaron Korsh they had talked about further expansion of the franchise considering spin-offs on Louis Litt and other characters: “There were numerous spin-off ideas that we mostly just fantasized about. For example, Aaron and I would sit down and say, ‘How about this? What about this?’. Of course, there was a Louis Litt themed one. There were side characters that (Aaron) had ideas for spin-offs, ideas for prequels where there would be a younger version of those characters. Really interesting and fun ideas that we never fully developed.”

Suits ended in 2019, but has recently achieved much more success thanks to Netflix. Aaron Korsh, in this regard, also spoke about the implications that the great success of the series has had on the contemporary audience: “I think there’s a reason why people tune in to a combination of what they see on TikTok, there’s no doubt there’s some curiosity about Meghan (Markle), and most importantly, Netflix knows how to entice you to watch a TV show and this alone is enough. Now, the reason I think people are responding? I don’t think he’s totally different than we loved Ted Lasso when he came out during the pandemic. I think with Suits characters, people see themselves in someone and/or see who they would like to be, and there’s also an inherent optimism, even if sad things happen.”
