Disenchantment 5 will be there
Disenchantment 5: Matt Groening’s animated series continues for Netflix. The fourth part of the series debuted on Wednesday 9 February 2022 Disenchantmentthe fantasy created by his father de I Simpson e Futurama. Will there also be a fifth part? Well yes. This was revealed by Josh Weinstein, one of the writers of the series. “we are dedicating ourselves to post-production! We’ll be done in May, then it’ll be a month or so to do other things, so I think it’ll be this summer or later. It’s really cool and we think/hope the fans will be happy.” Weinstein said on Twitter last February.
After the debut of the series in August 2018, Netflix announced that Disenchantment would have had ten new episodes, available on Netflix in 2019. Furthermore, at the time of the announcement, another 20 episodes were confirmed, initially scheduled for 2020 and 2021 and then postponed due to the onset of the pandemic.
It seemed difficult that Netflix would give up new episodes of a series that bears the signature of Matt Groening, but it’s true that Disenchantment has never achieved the success of other animated series like Rick & Mortyalso distributed in our country on Netflix but produced by Warner Bros. Television.
