In the past few hours Showtime has shared the official trailer of the seventh and final season of Billions – composed by 12 episodes – which will debut fromAugust 11th.
The next chapter of the TV series will see the return of Damian Lewis as Bobby “Axe” Axelrod, who at the beginning of the video states:
“America: the land of freedom, opportunity and self-determination. But you can’t escape your enemies, because now I’m back and wide awake”.
Second the official description released from the network, “In Season 7, alliances are upended. Old wounds are weapons. Loyalties are tested. Betrayal takes on epic proportions. Enemies become wary friends. And Bobby Axelrod returns as the stakes rise from Wall Street to the world.”.
Also in the cast Paul Giamatti, Corey Stoll, Maggie Siff, David Costabile, Asia Kate Dillon, Dola Rashad, Jeffrey DeMunn, Sakina Jaffrey, Daniel Breaker e Toney Goins.
