In the past few hours, the development of Among Usanimated series based on the video game of the same name, in production at CBS Studios.
The network has partnered with Innersloth, the studio behind Among Us, to develop the project of which Owen Dennis will be creator and executive producer.
Second the official descriptionthe animated series is based on the premise of the game, that is “Your crew members have been replaced by a shapeshifter intent on wreaking havoc, sabotaging the ship, and killing everyone. Eradicate the imposter or fall victim to his murderous plans”.
Titmouse, known for working on shows like Big Mouth and Star Trek: Lower Decks, will serve as the animation studio for the series. Along with Dennis, Innersloth’s Forest Willard, Marcus Bromander and Carl Neisser will also executive produce, along with Titmouse’s Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Antonio Canobbio and Ben Kalina.
No streaming networks or platforms are currently connected to the project.
