Sydney pointed out: “Sometimes it’s a great opportunity and platform for everyone to connect, learn and share. But at the same time, for some, it can cause real damage. They can spread hate and be downright mean. False information can be spread“.

Sweeney confirmed: “It is a really difficult reality to navigate. But you have to understand that to me people don’t know the whole story. They see a picture and it’s all there. Or they see a phrase and not the context behind a conversation you have with someone. And there is so much that can be misinterpreted and changed to fit someone’s goals. I just have to figure it out and I can’t control it because it would really take a lot of effort and it would be really difficult. And I don’t think anyone really wants to hear the truth. So, in a sense, you just accept it“.
