Finally, for having pushed her to such an act with her actions, the judge does not accept the charge of accidental bodily harm proposed by Julide and orders that Zuleyha be tried for attempted murder. Zuleyha faces life imprisonment for shooting her husband Demir. The extenuating circumstances advanced by Julide seem worthless. According to the judge Zuleyha, he made a gesture too serious to be mitigated by the circumstances.
