When is BMF 2 coming out? From June 1 on MGM+
Black Mafia Family 2 has arrived in Italy! Debuts from June 1, 2023 exclusively streamed on MGM+ the second season of the American crime drama created by Randy Huggins and distributed in the USA by STARZ.
To give the news of the renewal was StarzplaySTARZ’s international premium streaming service no longer available in Italy, which last November 2021 announced the order of the second season following the great public success for the release of the first of BMF.
Set in 1980s Detroit BMF (acronym for Black Mafia Family), from the executive producer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, tells the true story of the Flenory family. The second season had its international premiere on January 6, 2023, being broadcast throughout Europe, Latin America and Japan, with new episodes available every Friday until March 17.

Plot of Black Mafia Family 2, what is it about?
BMF is inspired by the true story of two brothers who emerged from the crumbling streets of southwest Detroit in the late 1980s and started one of the most influential crime families in the country. The charismatic leadership of Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenorythe business acumen of Terry “Southwest T” Flenory and the vision of a partnership that went beyond drug trafficking into the world of hip hop would make the two brothers globally iconic. Their unwavering faith in family loyalty would be the cornerstone of their partnership and the crux of their eventual breakup. It’s a story about love, family, and capitalism in the pursuit of the American Dream.
