The plot of the movie: The film is set in a desolate Los Angeles located in the future, in 2019, where a company, the Tyrell Corporation, has developed a daring program: the creation of androids, synthetic beings completely similar to humans, but endowed with intellectual and physical abilities considerably higher. Their lifespan does not exceed four years and they are used as slaves for dangerous operations in colonies above Earth. When the clones stage a violent mutiny at an extraterrestrial station, they are declared illegal on Earth’s soil. Despite the prohibition, four of these replicants, led by Roy Betty, after stealing a spaceship, flee their colony and take refuge, undercover, on earth. A ruthless hunt is unleashed in which Rick Deckard, a former police officer, formerly belonging to the special unit Blade Runner, now out of service, is the protagonist. He is summoned to take part in the “retreat” of the fleeing androids. Meanwhile, one of the clones infiltrates the Tyrell in a desperate attempt to find its creator. In the sprawling dark city, Deckard, as in a steel jungle, pursues his prey with the only obsessive goal of eliminating them.
