Paramount+ has just released a new full trailer for the second season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, accompanied by a poster highlighting the crew of the USS Enterprise.

The preview (found at the bottom of the article) offers us a taste of the special crossover episode between Strange New Worlds and Lower Decks. It will indeed be a unique opportunity to see on board the Enterprise Tawny Newsome e Jack Quaid, known voice actors of Beckett Mariner and Brad Boimler in the animated series. The episode will not be limited to the live-action version that we see in the trailer, but rather, will also include animated elements – all under the direction of Jonathan Frakeswell-known actor and director of Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Picard.
Second the official synopsis shared by the platform, “In the second season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, the crew of the USS Enterprise, under the command of Captain Christopher Pike, face increasingly dangerous challenges, explore uncharted territories and encounter new life forms and civilizations. The crew will also undertake personal journeys that will continue to test their resolve and redefine their destinies. Facing friends and foes both new and familiar, their adventures will unfold in surprising ways never before seen in any Star Trek TV series.”.
The second season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will debut on Paramount+ on June 15.
