Cannes Film Festival 2023: the Firebrand red carpet, with Jude Law and Alicia Vikander

Immediately before the official screening of the film in competition Firebrand, about the last wife of Henry VIII, the director Karim Aïnouz and the two protagonists Jude Law and Alicia Vikander walked the red carpet. She the latter was accompanied by her husband Michael Fassbender.

Directed by Karim Aïnouz, Firebrand tells the story of the queen Catherine Parrlast wife of the powerful Henry VIII, a woman with a strong character able to defend herself from the enemies of the court and even to fight the heretics. If in the movie Jude Law he shows himself aged, on the red carpet he was instead in splendid shape. He wore a tuxedo from the Italian brand Brioni and smiled happily. Without detracting from the charm of the Young Pope of Paolo Sorrentinoall eyes were on the couple Alicia Vikander/Michael Fassbender. Both wore Louis Vuitton. She had on a peach colored dress with glass and crystal embroidery. He, on the other hand, as required by the Cannes ceremonial, wore a tuxedo. The two actors, who are husband and wife, also seemed very happy and in love.

On the red carpet of Cannes 76 also the Oscar winner Michelle Yeohthe lady of France Marion Cotillard and the model Irina Shayk, super sexy and super fit. Her leather dress, very skimpy from the waist up on her, was a Giorgio Armani Privé creation.
