Hulu has announced the release date of the revival of Futurama: i 10 new episodes – and no more 20 as previously announced – will be available on the platform from July 24thwith a new episode every Monday.
Second the official synopsis of the new season, “New viewers will be able to pick up the series from here, while longtime fans will recognize the results of decades-old mysteries, including developments in Fry and Leela’s epic romance, the mysterious contents of Nibbler’s litter box, the secret history of the evil Robot Santa and the whereabouts of Kif and Amy’s tadpoles. Meanwhile, there’s a new pandemic in town, as the crew explores the future of vaccines, bitcoin and streaming TV.”.
Most of the original voice cast including Billy West, Katey Sagal, Tress MacNeille, Maurice LaMarche, Lauren Tom, Phil LaMarr e David Herman, will return to give voice to the characters. Initially John DiMaggioknown as the voice of Bender, was not included in the cast of the new episodes, but announced his involvement in the project in March 2022.
