A new commercial for the film The Little Mermaid offers some previews of Melissa McCarthy in the Ursula version, sharing moments from her famous song.

The film will hit theaters around the world in a few days The little Mermaid and a new spot for the live-action version of the Disney classic shows off some starring moments Melissa McCarthy as the evil Ursula.
In fact, the video shows the sea witch singing the song Poor Unfortunate Soul (in the Italian version titled Ursula’s song) and gives Ariel the legs she has always dreamed of, however deceiving the young woman on the details of the agreement.

The Little Mermaid is directed by Academy Award nominee Rob Marshall, with a screenplay by two-time Academy Award nominee David Magee. The songs are scored by multiple Academy Award winner Alan Menken, with lyrics by Howard Ashman and new lyrics by three-time Tony Award winner Lin-Manuel Miranda. The film is produced by Marc Platt, Lin-Manuel Miranda, John DeLuca and Rob Marshall, with Jeffrey Silver serving as executive producer.
