The successful franchise The Walking Dead is returning with a new round of spin-offs, the first of which is The Walking Dead: Dead City.
In the past few hours, the American network AMC has shared the official trailer of the TV series starring the two most discussed and loved anti-heroes of this narrative universe: Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).
The couple will travel to a post-apocalyptic Manhattan, which has been completely isolated from the mainland for years now. The ruined city is populated by zombies and survivors who have transformed New York into a world of anarchy, danger, beauty and terror.
In the cast will also be present Gaius Charles, Zeljko Ivanek, Napoleon Month e Michael Anthony.
Also overseeing this production is once again Scott M. Gimplewhile the showrunner is Eli Jorne – already screenwriter and producer of many seasons of the mother series. During WonderCon in San Francisco, Jorn shared some details about the story’s plot and characters.

The Walking Dead: Dead City will debut with 6 episodes in the US starting June 18thwhile the Italian date has not yet been announced.
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon will also arrive by the end of 2023, the new spin-off that will follow the story of the character played by Norman Reedus while traveling to France.
