Produced by ABC Signature and Keshet Studios, A Small Light tv series is based on the true story of Miep Gies, a brave young woman remembered during World War II for helping families persecuted by the Nazis, including the Frank family. Let us now relive her feat from a new point of view and with a modern sensibility.

Miep Gies (Bel Powley) was still very young when Otto Frank (Liev Schreiber) asked her to hide her from the Nazis together with her family. Without thinking twice Miep accepted, and so for the next two years she and her husband Jan (Joe Cole), Together a many other everyday heroes watched over the Frank, van Pels and Pfeffer families hidden in the secret annexe.
