This evening April 23 on Channel 5new appointment with The Show of Records. The program, conducted by Gerry Scotti, will once again see men and women from all over the world ready to challenge their limits. The Show of Records is the official TV program of Guinness World Records.
From Studio 11 in Cologno Monzese, men and women from all over the globe put themselves to the test every week to try to enter the Guinness World Records 2023. During the broadcast, Gerry Scotti will present spectacular performances of different types, capable of thrilling the whole family, through a mix of exciting tests, irony and fun. Participants will not only be showcased as unique talents but will also be told their own life stories.
Once again, the Monza racetrack will host outdoor trials, where the public will have the opportunity to admire spectacular feats. The envoy Umberto Pelizzari will assign the records and narrate the stories of the participants. Meanwhile, the judges sent from the London headquarters, Lorenzo Veltri and Sofia Greenacre, together with Ambassador Marco Frigatti, will certify the various primates obtained in the studio.
The broadcast will also include sfide tra performer, in which two or more competitors will compete for a new impossible record. Among the challenges there will be space for Strongmen and Strongwomen.
In this edition, the proof of the Palo Grasso, last seen years ago, will return with great excitement. It is a 12-metre pole, sprinkled with grease, to be covered in the shortest possible time without falling.
Every week, some brave competitors will try to complete the feat and the one with the best time will have to challenge Antoninus Popecurrent Guinness World Record holder since 2015, in the latest episode.
