If someone else reported having turned down the role of Han Solo in the first Star Warsthen went to Harrison Fordcould hardly joke about it without sounding fake: a giant like can do it though Al Pacinowho explained with his ineffable sense of humor how things were almost fifty years ago, relaxing in a meeting in New York reported by Variety.

While the first seminal Star Wars was born, Al Pacino was unstoppable: tre nomination all’Oscar in a row, for The Godfather, Serpico e The Godfather – Part II: Al was the actor of the moment, the star that everyone was trying to have.
