Adrenaline racing, bombs ready to explode and a villain – Jason Momoa – increasingly ruthless. The second Fast X trailer ups the ante and makes the wait unbearable.
Fast X is one of the big titles of the current cinematic season, ready to conquer the franchise’s longtime fans and record box office figures. Less than a month fromexit to the hall – expected in Italy for 18 maggio and for the next day in the USA – Universal shared on their social channels the new official trailer in Italian of Fast and Furious 10which anticipates action scenes and a increasingly close involvement of the villain Dante Reyesinterpreted by Jason Momoa.
Fast X – The new trailer shows some sequences filmed in Rome
The spectacular new trailer – in addition to anticipating some action scenes – it also offers one deeper look at the sequences filmed and set in Rome. In fact, a frame is mounted in the clip that reveals the discovery of a bomb ready to explode and destroy the Vatican, while Jason Momoa’s villain, seeking revenge on Dominic Toretto, enthusiastically witnesses the explosions. Space then for hand-to-hand combat, shootings, unexpected returns and, of course, thrilling rides aboard cars and trucks, even in decidedly unusual locations. In addition to Rome, Fast X was filmed in other Italian locations, Genciano of Rome e Torino.

Directing the tenth installment of the franchise we find Louis Letterierwho replaced Justin Lin – involved in the project as a screenwriter – and just confirmed at direction of the eleventh and last feature film of the saga. Lin then co-wrote the screenplay with Zach Dean and Dan Mazeau. The plot will revolve – once again – around Dom Toretto’s attempt to save his “family” from the attacks of the cyber-terrorist Chiper (Charlize Theron), who has joined forces with a fearsome new villain, Dante Reyes, son of drug lord Herman Reys (Joaquim de Almeida), seeking revenge for his father’s death in Fast & Furious 5. Jason Momoa is the main new addition to the cast, along with Rita Moreno – Dom Toretto’s grandmother -, Brie Larson – Tess, the daughter of Mr. Nobody, played by Kurt Russell in previous chapters, – e Daniela Melchior – Isabel, a Brazilian street racer from Dom’s past familiar faces of the franchise: Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jordana Brewster, John Cena e Jason Statham. Fast X then sanctions the return of Helen Mirren, already appeared in some chapter of the saga. Waiting to discover new details and a – probable – final trailer, appointment then at the cinema, from 18 May.
