The journey of Beijing Express is increasingly challenging: in the seventh episode, the five pairs still in the race, led by conductors Costantino Della Gherardesca and Enzo Miccio, will compete with the last 341 km in Malaysian Borneo. The journey will start from the village of Awat Awat, passing through Mari Mari – where three couples will face a surprising and very important Advantage Test – up to Kota Kinabalu, the final goal of the episode; up for grabs are tickets to Cambodia, the third and final country in this thrilling and unforgettable adventure.
Still in the race, Giorgia Soleri and Federica Fabrizio/Federippi, “The Activists”; Joe Bastianich and Andrea Belfiore “The Italian Americans”; Federica Pellegrini and Matteo Giunta “The Newlyweds”; Carolina Stramare and Barbara Prezia “Le Mediterranee”; Salvatore Schillaci and Barbara Lombardo “The Sicilians”.
The itinerary is 341 km will be punctuated, as always, by new tiring and unstoppable missions, linked to the typical customs and traditions of the tribes that populated Malaysian Borneo, up to the finish line of the episode where, once again, the Black Bag of Beijing Express will decide whether the stage will be elimination or less.
The spirit of competition and the fatigue for the stages of this journey are causing tension between travelers to skyrocket, so much so that some balances between couples seem more poised than ever while some alliances create unexpected dynamics.
Once again in this episode, the couple of travelers who excel will contribute to the final prize money entirely donated to support an NGO that works with its volunteers in the countries visited by this edition.
