Fox News Digital has just unveiled the cause of death Of Coolio: The rapper was killed by a dose of fentanyl according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner. Traces of heroin, methamphetamine and phencyclidine, called in jargon “angel dust“.
Coolio also suffered from two conditions that doctors believe contributed to his death: “asthma and unspecified cardiomyopathy“. The rapper of “Gangsta’s Paradise” passed away on September 28, 2022 at the age of 59. The most peculiar substance found in the singer’s body, phencyclidine, is a hallucinogen commonly known as PCP (or angel dust), and is known to have effects “dissociative“.
Los Angeles Police Department public relations manager Jeffrey Lee confirmed to Fox News Digital that ever since the body was found, the investigation has been considered a “unsuspecting death“. Coolio, whose real name was Artis Leon Ivey Jr., is yet another famous victim of fentanyl, the dreadful synthetic drug that is killing tens of thousands of people every year in the United States.
