The film Aquaman 2 will arrive a little earlier than expected in American theaters, as revealed by the new programming of the distribution of Warner titles.

Warner Bros has in fact updated the programming of upcoming film releases which also include The Color Purple, Minecraft and The Wise Guys.
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom will then hit theaters on December 20, pitting against the sequel to Ghostbusters: Legacy on Wednesday and Migration, the new animated film from Illumination, on Friday.

The adaptation of the musical The Color Purple will take the place of the Aquaman sequel and will be released on Christmas Day.
The Wise Guys, the new feature film directed by Barry Levinson, will debut in US theaters on February 2, 2024. The protagonists are Robert De Niro, Debra Messing and Katherine Narducci. The project will replace the studio’s Toto animated film inspired by The Wizard of Oz, which now has no release date.
Minecraft, a film directed by Jared Hess with Jason Momoa, will debut on April 4, 2025.
