Guest of Jake’s Takesthe terrifying clown interpreter of IT Bill Skarsgård has made it known that he is not involved in Welcome to Derry, at least for the moment. However she wanted to give advice to the next actor who will play the killer clown. “If anyone else were to do it, my advice would be: do it yourself. Make it your own. Enjoy it. What I found enjoyable about that character is how abstract he was,” said the actor (recently seen in John Wick 4). Then he strongly advised his successor to read the book by Stephen King that inspired the films and the series to find ideas for interpretation. “The book is truly a gift in that sense. So if someone accepts the part, just flip through the book and find all the clues. They are so blatant that you can draw your own conclusions,” he added.
