Mike Myers said he was unaware that a bodyguard would be removed from the Love Guru set for making eye contact.

Brody later clarified that he was not Myers’ personal bodyguard on set, but that he worked for the film security unit on the set of the film: “They told me: ‘if you look him in the eye you will be fired’. The first day I was on set, we still didn’t know what Myers would look like in the costume. At one point I see a man come up with a long wig, fake beard, and I think, I think it’s Mike Myers.”
