Although the official return of Ellen Pompeo has not yet arrived in Grey’s Anatomy 20, according to some rumors collected by Deadline it looks like Meredith Gray will continue to be an occasional presence in the course of the twentieth season. After her move to Boston – which took place at the beginning of season 19 – Dr. Gray will occasionally return to visit her former colleagues in Seattle. Pompeo remains executive producer of the series as well as narrator of the episodes.
Grey’s Anatomy 20 trailer, does it already exist?
Currently the first trailer of the series has not yet been disclosed. This is because the filming of the twentieth season is far from kicking off. To see a first preview we will have to wait for August or – at the latest – September 2023. Meg Marinis takes the reins of the series assuming the role of showrunner starting from season 20 after the departure of Krista Vernoff. We expect 20 to 25 episodes for season twenty. The series was created and is executive produced by Shonda Rhimes (Scandal, The Rules of a Perfect Murder, Station 19). Betsy Beers (Scandal, The Rules of a Perfect Murder, Station 19), Mark Gordon (Save Private Ryan), Krista Vernoff (Shameless), Debbie Allen, Zoanne Clack, Ellen Pompeo and Meg Marinis are executive producers.
