Despite his end at the hands of Thanos and second departure after being magically recreated by his other half, Marvel fans will still be able to see the mighty Vision in action thanks to the new WandaVision spin-off, Vision Quest – which will debut on Disney+.
The TV series is still in development, and no major updates have been leaked so far, but according to some recent reports, Megan McDonnell e Peter Cameron they will be part of the writer’s room.
Megan McDonnell is deeply connected to the MCU: she was in fact a writer for WandaVision, and Marvel Studios has since involved her in numerous new projects, including The Marvels and Agatha: Coven of Chaos. So it makes sense that McDonnell is also involved in Vision Quest.
Also the work of Peter Cameron was important in the MCU: he was a writer on WandaVision, Moon Knight and Werewolf by Night.
The TV series will feature the white Vision that appeared in the last few episodes of the mother series which, as the public will remember, was built by the government agency SWORD. Lacking the feelings and memories of his counterpart, he had lashed out at Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen), however being blocked by his double, which helped him restore part of his memory, an event that prompted him to abandon the battlefield.
