Stranger Things 5, Millie Bobby Brown is ready to say goodbye to Hawkins
Millie Bobby Brown feels that the time has come to leave the nest. The interpreter of Undici told the story in an interview with the American magazine Seventeenjust a few months after filming began on the fifth and final season of Stranger Things.
Speaking to the magazine, Millie Bobby Brown said she’s excited about the prospect of taking on new professional challenges and different roles, having spent most of the last decade in Eleven’s shoes. “I’m ready to say goodbye to this chapter of my life and open a new onesaid Millie Bobby Brown, who added: “I feel the story has largely been told by now, and we know it, it has been in our lives for a long time. But I’m ready to say goodbye to this chapter of my life and open others. I’m able to create the stories on my own that are important to me and focus on the big picture. But I’m really thankful for the impact (Stranger Things) has had on my career.”
The actress – who has signed a multi-year agreement with Netflix to carry out projects intended exclusively for the platform, such as the film saga of Enola Holmes – wants to challenge himself with new roles, even behind the camera. Millie Bobby Brown has made no secret of her interest in continuing to explore production as well as pursuing her career as an actress.

Filming of Stranger Things 5, according to a recent statement by David Harbour, should start in June this year. The series’ final episodes are expected to debut in 2025. That won’t be the end for the franchise. A spin-off of the series is already being studied, as well as an anime series titled Stranger Things: Tokyo which could debut as early as the end of this year.
