Unveiled the trailer Of Percoco – the first Monster of Italy, a film written and directed by Pierluigi Ferrandini which will have its world premiere on March 26 at the Bari International Film&TV Festival 2023, in the competitive section ItaliaFilmFest/Nuovo cinema Italiano. In the night between 26 and 27 May 1956, in a Bari at the dawn of the economic boom, Franco Percoco, coming from a petit-bourgeois family, carries out the first family massacre in the history of Italy of the twentieth century, killing with a kitchen knife parents and younger brother and living for ten days with their corpses at home. The film focuses on a precise period of time: the days following the crime, those happy damned days in which Franco, the good boy ever, is finally free to live and have fun in the absence of his parents, while little by little the monster that lurks in his mind.
