Zeynep Altin (played by Naomi Krauss, a recurring face of German crime TV series) is at the point of collapse in her life: she works too much but is not appreciated either professionally or in the family. After yet another disaster, she decides to leave Monaco for a Croatian island, going to live in the cottage that her mother had bought in secret to take refuge in peace away from the world.
The official synopsis reveals: Zeynep Altin is on the verge of a nervous breakdown: she is never appreciated by either her husband, her daughter and even less by her elderly father. After a mishap following her mother’s funeral, Zeynep decides to break away from city life and, from Monaco, she flees to a Croatian island. Here, in a cottage that her mother had bought long before her, the woman will try to find that balance and serenity that appear lost. But even in this seemingly enchanted place the expected mishap is hidden: Josip, the former owner of the small building, still lives on his land, and does not intend to make the welcome for the unfortunate Zeynep peaceful… yet another catch?
