The third installment of the Rocky spinoff saga, marking the directorial debut of protagonist Michael B. Jordan, conquers the top of the US box office with $58.6 million collected in 4,007 theaters, and an average per theater of $14,638. At this rate, Creed III is poised to become the highest-grossing Creed saga title in the US targeting 150 million, surpassing Creed’s 109.8 million and Creed II’s 115.7 million. Fifth was the Christian drama Jesus Revolution, directed by Jon Erwin and Brent McCorkle.
