Viewers waiting to see the next episode of The Last of Us won’t have to wait long: instead of battling ratings with next week’s Super Bowl, the fifth episode of the TV series will be released on Friday evening, and fans are already very concerned about what is in store for the characters. In the preview of the next episode, titled Endure and SurviveJoel (Peter Pascal) ed Ellie (Belle Ramsey) get involved in a firefight, and have another close encounter with a clicker.
The show, set 20 years after the fall of modern civilization due to a pandemic that has transformed humans into hordes of aggressive zombies, follows the story of Joel, a survivor who finds himself tasked with smuggling the fourteen-year-old Ellie from a quarantine zone.
What begins as a simple job soon turns into a real enterprise as the duo must cross the United States relying on each other for survival.
In the meantime, we remind you that the TV series has been renewed for a second season:
