At the opening of the evening the competitors will find some Golden Mystery Box, which offer direct access to the balcony for the best, under which there will be dishes that come from the past and prepared with products from the land, vegetarian dishes of the Italian regional tradition. It will be an inspiration for them to prepare dishes capable of expressing the flavors of home, while being recreated in a modern key. To follow, theInvention Test will host the award-winning chef maître pâtissier in the kitchen of the Sky Original cooking show produced by Endemol Shine Italy Gianluca Fustoone of the most talented Italian pastry chefs, who will submit the Masterclass to a pastry test, always feared.
For the Try outdoors – in episodes of today at 21.15, on Sky Uno and streaming on NOW, always available on demand and visible on Sky Go – the amateur cooks will then have to “climb” Monte Cervino, one of the most arduous peaks in Italy: the location in which they will have to compete will be the Valle d’Aostaa land full of tradition but also capable of enclosing influences from different countries in a single dish.
