Yes it will acapulco 3. Starting December 16, the entire second season of the Mexican TV series from Apple is available on the streaming service of the Cupertino company. On Monday, January 30, the series was given the news that the series has been officially renewed – this despite, last December, acapulco was penultimate in the Top 15 most watched original content on Apple TV +. The second season must have been seen by enough subscribers for Apple, as the series was awarded the renewal for season 3.
When does Acapulco 3 come out
As for the release, the episodes of the third season could arrive in streaming during the month of October 2023, exactly one year after the previous edition. Filming for the next cycle of episodes will start in the spring.

The third season will continue to tell the story of Máximo Gallardo, whose dream comes true when he gets a job as cabana boy in the most fashionable resort of acapulco, Las Colinas. In 1985, Máximo has to deal with some upheavals at the resort, unexpected problems at home and a new romantic rival who just might steal his dream girl. Under the guidance of Don Pablo, he soon comes to propose himself for the management of the entire operation of Las Colinas, becoming Diane’s right-hand man. Meanwhile, in the present day, Elder Máximo returns to acapulco to make peace with the recent disappearance of Don Pablo and is forced to confront some issues left unresolved by the young Máximo.

Asked by the site SensaCine, actor Fernando Carsa had said that he would like the third season to move to other famous Mexican tourist spots such as Puerto Vallarta or Mexico City. It remains to be seen if he will be satisfied by the writers!

In the 10th and final episode of season 2 titled “Against All Odds,” Maximo gets a second chance at Las Colinas, while Julia finally learns how to pursue her goals and make them come true.

For the third season we expect ten more episodes, the same number of episodes as the previous ones. Produced by Lionsgate Television, the series is inspired by “How to Be A Latin Lover” – the box office hit film from 3Pas Studios and Pantelion Filmsal – and is produced for Apple by Lionsgate Television, 3Pas Studios and The Tannenbaum Company . The series is created by Austin Winsberg, Eduardo Cisneros and Jason Shuman. Chris Harris is the showrunner and is also an executive producer along with Winsberg, Cisneros, Shuman and Jay Karas who also takes care of directing. In addition to acting, Derbez executive produces with Ben Odell and co-producer Sonia Gambaro for 3Pas Studios. Eric and Kim Tannenbaum are executive producers with Jason Wang for The Tannenbaum Company.
