The showgirl said that a few months ago they went to Sharm el-Sheikh with the child, where, perhaps due to the sudden changes in temperature, the child began to have a strong fever, which did not seem to want to go away, therefore Paola Caruso he asked for a doctor’s intervention. The structure in which they resided provided them with one, together with a translator, so that the showgirl could understand what was happening.
After the fever seemed to go down, Paola Caruso she called her son to let him out to play, but the boy gets up and falls: he no longer has sensation and motor ability in his leg. A real ordeal began for her and the little one on November 21st. Apparently, revealed the showgirl, the doctor’s injection injured the sciatic nerve: a discovery that took place thanks to the intervention of a neurologist, who also revealed that the drug administered to the child is considered toxic and that, worldwide, it is forbidden to administer it to such young subjects
Now, fortunately, the child is able to walk, but only with the help of a guardian and before this paresis of the sciatic nerve can completely return, a lot of time will have to pass. The difficulty of healing is also due to the fact that his case is unique in Italy and the doctors are still unable to make predictions about the child’s recovery times. Meanwhile, the little one revealed Paola Carusohas lost the little serenity he had found after his father’s abandonment:
“She has nightmares at night, she cries as soon as she sees the hospital, she’s very unstable.”
A lawsuit is currently underway against the doctor who administered this illegal drug, above all because – the showgirl specified – “I don’t want the same to happen to other children”
