A star of the Arrowverse TV series, The Flash, decided to fill us with nostalgia with these throwback photos from the set of the first season of the show.

The Flash, the long-running series of the Arrowverse, will end with the next season, or the ninth. But in the meantime, a star of the show decided to take us on a trip down memory lane with a few photo from the set from the first season from The CW series, just to fill us with nostalgia…
Do you remember when The CW was still only Arrow in the plans? When it was a backdoor pilot in the second season of the series starring Stephen Amell that introduced the character of Barry Allen aka The Flash (played by Grant Gustin), before the series was approved and ordered that would actually lead to the actual creation of a Arrowverse?
Good times for sure for a DC fan, considering the fact that many of the series that have contributed to enrich this television universe have come to an end, and the same fate will soon also befall The Flash.
But as we await the latest installments of the Scarlet Sprinter series, Gustin’s co-star Danielle Panabaker takes us back in time with a nostalgic Instagram post.
“Nine years ago, these days, I was hired to join the cast of @cwtheflash! What an incredible journey!” writes the interpreter of Caitlin Snow aka Killer Frost “These are some shots from the archives of my first day on set“.
Seems like yesterday, doesn’t it?

And instead it’s already almost time to say goodbye, because the ninth and final season of The Flash, consisting of 13 episodes, will be aired in America starting February 8, as Comicbook also reminds us. Ready for the grand finale?
