From the universe of The Walking Dead to that of DC comics. Michael Cudlitz, known for his role as Abraham Ford, will play Lex Luthor in the third season of Superman & Lois.
The rumor had been in the air for months after John Cryer’s farewell was confirmed as Lex Luthor. Playing the main nemesis of the man of steel on the small screen will think about it this time Michael Cudlitzknown to The Walking Dead fans for his role as Abraham Ford.
His version of Lex Luthor will appear in the third season of Superman & Lois, arriving on the CW on March 14th. The series is not set in the Arrowverse and therefore a recasting of the character was necessary. Michael Cudlitz enthusiastically commented on his entry into the series: “Damn! I can’t wait to be a part of this incredible cast”.

To lend their faces to the protagonists of Superman & Lois are Tyler Hoechlin in the role of Clark Kent / Superman, and Elizabeth Tulloch in the role of Lois Lane. Following the exit of Jordan Elsass, Jonathan Kent will be played by Australian actor Michael Bishop. The series was created and written by The Flash executive producer Todd Helbing.
