Normal People (now available)

This limited series follows Connell and Marianne from school to college as they drift in and out of each other’s lives, exploring just how complicated a young love can be. Paul Mescal was nominated for an Emmy (Outstanding Lead Actor in a Miniseries or a Movie) for his role as Connell and just earned his first Academy Award nomination (Best Performance by a Lead Actor) for his role in Aftersun.

Ramy: Season 1 & 2 (Out Now)

In the first season, Ramy Hassan is a first-generation Egyptian-American who is embarking on a spiritual journey in his politically divided New Jersey neighborhood. Ramy brings a new perspective to the screen as he explores living caught between a Muslim community who thinks life is a series of moral tests, and the millennial generation who thinks life has no consequences.
In Season 2, Ramy talks about his midlife crisispast relationships and addiction to pornography.
Ramy Youssef won the Golden Globe 2020 (Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy) for his performance in the lead role.

The Act (now available)

The Act follows Gypsy Blanchard (Joey King), a young girl trying to escape the toxic relationship she has with her overprotective mother, Dee Dee (Patricia Arquette). Her quest for independence opens up a Pandora’s box, eventually leading her to commit murder. Patricia Arquette won a Golden Globe (Best Performance by a Supporting Actress in a Series, Miniseries or Television Movie) and a Emmy (Best Supporting Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie) for her role in the series.

The Great (now available

The Great is a satirical and comic drama – loosely based on historical facts – about the rise of Catherine the Great, who from being a foreigner becomes the longest serving female housekeeper in the history of Russia. The series was nominated for a Golden Globe in the category of “Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy” for both seasons, and the two protagonists Elle Fanning and Nicholas Hoult were nominated for Golden Globes and Emmys in their respective acting categories
