The scenarios are those of the purest western in spaghetti sauce, combined with increasingly evident horror veins. The result is an Italian series with a very international flavor, That Dirty Black Bag available on Paramount+. Our video interview with the protagonists.
A curious Italian series with a broad international scope has just appeared on the Paramount+ platform, That Dirty Black Bagin which the scenarios and the Western archetypes in the Italian version, some would still say spaghetti, it hybridizes with horror dynamics. All with very contemporary themes such as the environmental crisis, given that in the GreenVale where the story is set air is heavy and water is the most precious resource.
The series is produced, among others, by Nicholas Serra e Charles Degli Esposti per Palomar. The directors are Mauro Aragoni e Brian O’Malleywhile the screenwriters Mauro Aragoni, Silvia Ebreul, Marcello Izzo e Fabio Paladini. Then there are the actors, of course, including Dominic Cooper and the couple Douglas Booth e Guido Caprino that we met in this video interview.
