Courts are still a difficult place for ordinary citizens to enter, while the privileged can hire expensive lawyers to clear their criminal records. But here comes a lawyer with the best skills and a fee of only one dollar, dedicated to social justice and to defend basic human rights. With the odds stacked against him, this extraordinary defense attorney faces blindfolded justice and highly paid opposing attorneys for his clients’ rights.

What do we know about the future of One Dollar Lawyer? Currently the South Korean title is not yet renewed for a second season. However, in the light of the great success achieved by Asian titles on the platform, we imagine that after an accurate analysis of the results of the first chapter it is possible that Disney+, in agreement also with the net originale SBS, decides to renew the title for a second season. We just have to wait for an official announcement to find out!
