The third evening is dedicated to the story Viva gli sposi, based freely on the novel After so much fog of Genesis. This time Lolita, who is slowly approaching the truth about her father’s murder, finds herself having to investigate an unusual and at the same time tragic death: the teacher of an exclusive high school in Bari was killed at the wedding banquet of a colleague of hers. Lolita moves on different tracks which lead her to investigate the victim’s family and professional environment.
But when the case seems resolved, it is the disappearance of a boy from that high school that opens up a new, chilling, investigative hypothesis for the assistant commissioner. Lolita is advised and consoled by her friend Marietta on her sentimental situation with Danilo, with whom the first misunderstandings arose, due to the difficult life decision that the boy made.
