What is the soundtrack of the series The Last of Us ? The highly anticipated show HBO debuts exclusively on Sky and streamed only on NOW from January 16, 2023. After the gloomy prologue of the first episode, the theme song begins The Last of Us written and performed by the Argentine composer Gustavo Santaolalla. For fans of the video game it was – probably – pure emotion, given that the song is the main theme even video games. In fact, the introduction is a clear reference to the mushroom Cordyceps and how it branches out with its filaments and expands. All this creates a sort of network where all the elements are interconnected. In the world of cinema he has also created the music for other great films such as The motorcycle diaries e On the Roadwhile in the world of television he composed the soundtrack for Narcos: Mexico.
