After having revealed the release date and a small preview, The CW has released it trailer of Gotham Knights which, while stemming from the creatives of the canceled Arrowverse drama Batwoman, it’s not meant to be a spin-off.
Second the official synopsis, “In Gotham Knights, Batman is dead and a tinderbox has set Gotham City on fire without the Dark Knight to protect it. In the wake of Bruce Wayne’s murder, his adopted son Turner Hayes (Oscar Morgan) is framed for killing the Caped Crusader along with their children some of Batman’s foes: Duela (Olivia Rose Keegan), an unpredictable fighter and skilled thief who was born in Arkham Asylum and abandoned by her father, Harper Row (Fallon Smythe), an acerbic engineer who can fix anything, and her brother Cullen Row (Tyler DiChiara), an intelligent transgender teenager who is tired of being nice and nice.With the charismatic and steadfast District Attorney Harvey Dent (Misha Collins) and the GCPD hot on their trail, Turner will rely on allies, including the her best friend and formidable programmer Stephanie Brown (Anna Lore) and Batman’s unlikely sidekick Carrie Kelley (Navia Robinson).But our Horsemen will soon learn that there’s a f greatest and most nefarious force at work in Gotham City. This team of fugitives must band together to become the next generation of saviors known as the Gotham Knights.”.
