Actor Henry Czerny will join the cast of Scream 6, the sixth installment of the horror saga that will hit theaters in 2023.
In the cast of Scream 6 there will also be the actor Henry Czernyon his return to the horror film genre after projects such as The Exorcism of Emily Rose.
The actor’s name is just the most recent of the performers announced by the production ahead of the start of filming for the expected sequel.
Henry Czerny, thanks to Scream 6, will therefore return to collaborate with the directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett of Radio Silence after having shot with them Until death does not part us, with the role of the patriarch of the Le Domas family.
Among the interpreters of the new chapter of the horror saga there will be Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Jenna Ortega, Dermot Mulroney, Jack Champion, Liana Liberato, Devyn Nekoda, Josh Segarra and Hayden Panettiere who will reprise the role of Kirby Reed had in Scream 4.
The sixth chapter of the story will be shot in the summer and will show the protagonists distant from the city of Woodsboro, New York, where they try to rebuild their lives after the tragic encounter with Ghostface.
For now, the role of Czerny in the film that will be written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick, and which will arrive in American cinemas from March 31, 2023, has not been revealed.
Also on the production team will be Kevin Williamson and Chad Villella, the third member of the Radio Silence group.
