The series synopsis
Elena Zonin (Vittoria Puccini) is a deputy police commissioner, specialized in computer crimes, who lives and works in Rome and for years has been investigating a network of pedophiles responsible for kidnapping and trafficking – on the dark web – of minors. When the lifeless body of Gilberto, an apparently sucking teenager, emerges from the waters of the Venice Lagoon, Deputy Commissioner Zonin immediately connects him to “his” case, and leaves for Venice, from where she had left twenty years earlier. Here he will meet the deputy superintendent Daniele Vianello (Alessandro Roja) and his wife Giulia (Sarah Felberbaum), once his best friend. The investigations will lead to the discovery of a complex and articulated case, and the three will have to deal, as well as with their past, with powerful and unsuspected enemies, in a mission that will endanger their own lives.
