With the parent series set to return next month with the second installment of last season’s episodes, new updates on the third spin-off of the TV franchise based on the comic book have arrived in the meantime. Robert Kirkman.
Tales of The Walking Dead is in fact about to begin production, with filming that will officially start on January 18 in Buford, Georgia, where part of the set has already been set up, which includes a Mini Mart convenience store and a Mexican restaurant, the 2 Panchos.
The anthological show will consist of six episodes lasting an hour each and will explore new stories set in the same post-apocalyptic universe of the original work, which will feature well-known faces, but also completely new characters.
At the moment, the first official names regarding the cast have not yet been leaked, although the presence of is rumored Michael Cudlitz (Band of Brothers) e Ryan Hurst (Sons of Anarchy), performers of Abraham and Beta, while it was revealed that Channing Powell, screenwriter of The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead, will be involved as showrunner.
The premiere debut is expected for this summer.
